Day 73 and 74
Teusday didn't feel like cooking alot really am really lazy for some reason.
Wednesday

Both will be strength days


Started to notice I'm more vascular in my chest and shoulders without pump and started getting new veins especially on my quad area and a bit on my ab area.


Breakfast
Teusday:
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs hard boiled
Smoked sausage 100g
Walnut 50g
Wednesday:

Greek yogurt 1 cup
50g almonds
25g walnuts
= 619 calories(22g carbs,36g protein,48g fat)




Workout:
Teusday
Power clean 6x3 @ 205
Hex bar deadlift 4x6 @ 345
Single leg rdl 3 x12 @ 105
Hip thrusts 3x12
Back extensions with machine
2x12. 1x failure

Wednesday:
Did my pr for clean and jerk and power clean. A bit dangerous to do both but fux it.

Atg overhead squat 135 1x12 <155 1x8

Clean and jerk:
135 1x3
Went for a pr
@190 x 1
@200 x 1
@205 x 1
@210 x 1
Got a new pr at 215 for 1 almost messed up.
Onto power clean
225 x1 my old pr
Did this almost effortlessly
Gonna be a bit cocktail and bump it up by 25. Managed to get it but I know I have more.
One last time took a good 10 minute rest
And did 260 x 1
Numbers on the olympic lifts usually haven't gone up thag much not surprised really.



Lunch
Teusday:
Sirloin steak 8 oz
1 cup Mashed potatoes
100g broccoli
= 638 calories(44g carbs,47g protein,30g fat)
Wednesday:
Chicken thigh with skin on 8 oz
1 cup black beans
2 whole eggs

=968 calories(59g carbs,63g protein,53g fat)

Dinner:
Chicken breast 8 oz
100g avocado
100g Broccoli
= 401 calories (14g carbs,55g protein,22g fat)
Wednesday:
Shrimp 4 oz (about 115g )
Tuna 200 g
Rice 100 g
= 461 calories(28g carbs,79g protein,3g fat)


Extra meal:
Teusday: meals were kinda lackluster for teusday
Protein shake
Sirloin steak 8oz
2 hard boiled eggs
=840 calories (9g carbs,89g protein,49g fat)

Wednesday:
Protein shake
Chicken breast plain 8oz
Beans 0.5 cup
Avocado 100g
=840. Calories(41g carbs,103g protein,37g fat)

Teusday
Total calories = 2831 calories(246g protein,174 g fat, 90g carb)


Wednesday:
Total calories= 2802 calories(136g carbs,264g protein,147g fat)


No new acne has occurred but their is a bit of alot of dried up skin, but I think alot of tanning and acne soap helped. Taking more showers also helped and overall just Blasting on room on full ac.

Ok I think I actually might be growing alot of hair In places now.
Growing alot of hair and thicker hair on my thighs. Usually don't have long or alot of hair there

Cable Lateral raises 4 x 12
Seated dumbell Lateral raises 2x12) 30 second rest)
Smith machine Incline bench 4x12 165
Dumbell shoulder press 3x12 with 25 pound
Tricep cable pushdowns 3x12





Friday:
Decided to go a bit rough on the hypertrophy today lol ( inspired by Tom platz lol)

Squat 3x40@ 135
Hack squat 4x12
Leg extension 4x20
Calve raises 4x12+4
Hamstring curls 4x 12+4

Did one last set of squats but this time till failure.

Some soup
Tillipia 250g
1 cup of kernel corn
2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp Flax oil
= 623 calories(29g carbs,72g protein,23g fat)
Friday:
Chicken thighs with skin 8oz

2 boiled egg.

Friday:
Chicken thigh with skin
