Some leg swings 30 seconds each leg
Hamstring curls 3x8
Kettle bell swings


Onto deadlifts now

435 x 1 ok this felt a bit challenging imma just take it slow a go up by 10
445 x Got it but form was iffy.
Gonna try with maybe just 10 plus

455 x 1 alr my form went out the window and my back looked like it was on its last legs. Should of used a belt
Was not a clean rep
So I'd say maybe 450 would be my best rn.

Sunday workout:
just went to the pool for 30 minutes
And did some light paces jogging for 15 minutes to end it.
Decided to take an ice bath to just relax and recover my body.

so I was researching a bit into cardarine, and tests show that it can cause cancer in rats? Not too sure on what the dosage would be on a human but has anyone tried cardarine personally?
