I'm already at 400g protein daily just cardio today, 2.5 miles on the treadmill-45 mins and 1000 steps on the Stairmaster-15 mins. Debating on chest or back tomorrow. Probably chest so my back can engage better.

Hell yeah brother, I'll do my best! My weight hasn't increased that much since being on cycle, today is my 12th injection so 24 days in. I'm looking fuller tho. And my lifts have steadily increased so maybe I do need 450g!

going back for an hour of cardio after eating
Went back to do Cardio and some old guy was talking to my gym crush so I walked up, grabbed the 130's and repped them out 8 times on Incline right in front of them. Put them back and went home The juice has me pumped for sure!
