Yessir, over 400. I'll have my last meal in a little bit and then my shake before bed. Honeslty I love being on cycle, the confidence and strength is awesome. Going to be sad cycling off but staying healthy is most important. It's nice throwing around heavy ass weight and breaking pr's nearly every week.

Yes i added them and yes they have standing, Seated or "horizontal" which is bent over and puts the weight directly over your legs in line with your lower back. I've maxed out all of them but the horizontal one puts the most emphasis on my calves and least strain on my lower back. So I hit them hard with just that machine and bounced around hitting hammies. 4 or 5 days after I'll do my squats and quads. Looking to get 5 plates this week! I'm very confident the dbol will get me there.

I also cut out the turkey sandwich and added 5 more oz of salmon in the morning. It cuts my calories down a little but mainly carbs and fats.
 
Ate some tritip tonight cooked with sage, rosemary and thyme. I make the best mashed potatoes and was craving them and nothing pairs better with mashies than a steak. I sprinkled a little throughout my lunches the next two days. Grilled 18 pounds of chicken and got it all ready for the week. The less I have to do during the week besides work, the more I can do at the gym.
