Failed 5 plates today. I just wasn't in the zone for squats. But the next few lifts I locked in and the pump was sick. At least I got a feel for how heavy 5 plates really is. Programming 1hr cardio tomorrow and then a big Bench day Friday! Got a compliment from my gym crush halfway through my workout which definitely boosted my mood. The chicken and rice everyday isn't easy. I'll be glad to cut a little, it's a chore to eat so much!
