Bench went up 10 pounds. Minor tear in pec, going to ice it and hope for the best. It happened during my Reverse grip set with light weight. Going back for an hour of cardio after eating.

Wanted 350 and that went up too easy so we got 355 too. Can't wait for this proviron from @GDRoids! I'm hoping it will be here within the week. Pinning 400mg test blend and 100mg npp tonight. I've noticed my energy has been down and I'm thinking 1mg arimidex every 3 days might be crashing my e2 so I'm going to try .5mg every 3 days.

Hunger has died down, weight is going up 245.1 today. Still eating the same diet 6 out of 7 days. I cheated yesterday and had two gyros and sushi. Donating blood Thursday as my blood pressure has gone up. Do I not admit to red cross about my cycle? I've read they won't accept blood if you've used them recently so I'm hoping for the best.
