6 out of the 7 days I follow that diet to a T. Sundays I still eat the same breakfast and shake but I might have a burger or steak, maybe some pasta or sushi. I feel like it's much easier to stay disciplined for a longer period of time if there is some sort of periodic reward.

i like the cardio i would up to 1 hour if you can

I agree, I'll get dinner with no tortilla and that should cut it by about 50. I can definitely do an hour on my second gym visit of the day on weekends. And rest days I can do an hour as well. After 15 minutes on the Stair master I'm drenched but I can go on the treadmill for an hour and barely be sweating, which one is more beneficial?
 
the diet you're getting a lot of nice micro nutrients I definitely love the spinach I'm gonna be loading up on it next week
Dude you can't taste it at all blended into a smoothie. Same with cracking a couple eggs into is as well, indiscernable.

make sure that turkey sandwich is nitrate free
