Bench went up 10 pounds. Minor tear in pec, going to ice it and hope for the best. It happened during my Reverse grip set with light weight. Going back for an hour of cardio after eating.
Why reverse grip? A buddy does these cos of injuries

@n8cantrell 7th injection is the big one, you're on top of it :)

cardio is perfect, but try to get it into the 60min range, add more treadmill in the end 15min+
volume push it hard, 405 is the big goal
