The pumps are getting insane, almost painful. But my weights have increased while reps have remained the same. Decided to take the dbol orally prior to training for added strength in hopes to get to 405 within a month.

Bench. I want at least 500 on squat and 405 on bench at the end of my cycle. It'll be a grinder, I was stuck at 370 for 3 weeks.

Yes I'm drinking it 1 hr before training. Increased my arimidex intake as well. Limits are being pushed for sure.
