After eating and hitting the treadmill i went back to the floor and absolutely destroyed my traps and shoulders. I want that capped Shoulder and they felt great today, no pain, so I went as hard as I could without just swinging the weights.

you will get a capped shoulder but make sure overheads if you do them not high, shrugs are fine bro
but my best years got destroyed due to injury so careful please @n8cantrell
