Approved Log Testosterone Dbol Cycle started

what’s going on guys 🤙🏼 names Ross , 29 union Ironworker coming off a nasty knee injury followed by surgery back in the gym prepping to get back in the air and be the best I can be again.

Just start my cycle of test p 100 from Geneza
Week 1-6 125mg EOD possibly to 8 weeks depending on body reactions
In the process of grabbing some 20mg of Dbol and running that along my cycle weeks 2-6 of 20mg a day.
Have clomid for pct but not sure when I should start and if anything else is needed for a clean pct.
Buddy gave me some Letro in case of emergency.

DIET: I meal prep with 3 meals a day of chicken, ground turkey , ground beef
Veggies , jasmine rice and black beans
Whey protein post workout
BCAAS and small amount of creatine pre workout , will be adding a bag of serious mass by ON nutrition since it’s always gave me amazing results and any missing vitamins needed.

Current weight 185
Height 5’8
Body fat is probably ridiculous considering I’ve been sitting home for 6 months and P/T isn’t much of an exercise
This will be my second cycle.
 
as long as you are able to digest those beans good .. many of us can't

i would like to see more veggies and fruit in your diet as well. as far as bcaa's look into some of the posts i've made about them on here. basically they are useless and do more harm than good. they are pushed like crazy though cause they are cheap and legal to sell

Diet, you will be changing your diet day to day so lets see updates how much you will actually each of each.

For training, would like to see your training cardio reps and sets please.

Where would I find hcgenerate and are you recommending using any of those during cycle or simply when cycle ends also on going to use a heavy dose of milk thistle when I get my hands on the dbol 🤙🏼 also diet won’t change I’m very strict on consistency!
