Sleep wasn't good at all. I ended up having a bit more of a sleep / nap the Garmin didn't track before I came out to work tonight.
Today's energy, mood and feel was the worst I've felt in a long time probably since I was 130kg. Still managed to get to the gym but was a very flat feeling gym session and ending up cutting it short at the end with my cardio.

Sooo I'm doing 2 x days refeed and then seeing how 1500cal a day will go for me moving forward pending Reta's influence. Was a struggle to down the calories tonight but hoping some higher cals will help offset the issues I had today.

Knock off time in 30 mins and straight to bed hopefully can try nail a better sleep.

Sucks to hear about the sleep. And yeah on days like that just going to gym and getting through the workout is good enough, hopefully you'll get in more sleep over the weekend
 
Waist down another 2cm to 119 (from 130 start) and hips at 105, the measurements don't lie mate.

One thing I noticed, your Omega 3 is at 1500mg total. For the lipid support we talked about after your bloods, you really want 2-3g of actual EPA/DHA per day which usually means 4-6g of fish oil caps depending on the brand. Worth checking the label on yours and bumping the dose if needed.
I'll have a check when I get back home on Tuesday to see what it is. I put all my capsules for the week in a container when I head out here haha

Yeah that's it still showing up having a crack. Hopefully can nail some more sleep today might end up having a rest day try force myself to get a bit extra zzzzzzz's today
