Diet was average yesterday, Had a new rescue member come onto the crew so we threw a welcome bbq for them.

I am finding it easier to eat food since upping my calorie intake on the plus side to that I'm feeling better during my workouts. So from next week I am going to up my Retatrutide dosage from 3mg > 4mg split over 2 pins.

Massive back session felt mint during it - Tried to make up for the higher calorie day.

Really happy I'm keeping to a decent sleep while I'm out here at work.

Diet was average yesterday, Had a new rescue member come onto the crew so we threw a welcome bbq for them.

I am finding it easier to eat food since upping my calorie intake on the plus side to that I'm feeling better during my workouts. So from next week I am going to up my Retatrutide dosage from 3mg > 4mg split over 2 pins.

Massive back session felt mint during it - Tried to make up for the higher calorie day.

Really happy I'm keeping to a decent sleep while I'm out here at work.

@Yeahnah you are not going to go wrong with reverse fly and pull overs. Those are good exercises. I like that you are also feeling good in the back. That is important.
another option is adding some cagril too to your reta. @Yeahnah a lot of people add that to help with the appetite issues.
