Touchdown & Log Update:

Alright, the time’s come. After a lot of back and forth, weighing everything up, and talking with a bunch of guys here plus close mates, I’ve decided to start the TRT journey.
To be honest, it felt pretty inevitable. My bloodwork has been consistently on the lower side, and I was over feeling drained all the time low energy, constant fatigue, and brain fog. I made a point to really dial in my sleep last week just to rule that out completely, and even with solid, high-quality sleep, I was still dragging myself through the days. That pretty much confirmed things for me.
Plan moving forward is 105mg per week, split into daily injections to help keep things stable and hopefully reduce any E2-related sides from aromatisation.
I’ve got Cialis and Aromasin on the way, but the approach for now is simple, monitor blood pressure, overall feel, and any signs of sensitivity over the next 4–6 weeks, then reassess once I get updated bloods.
The main hurdles for me mentally were fertility down the line, gyno risk, and hair loss.
Hair loss:
I’ve started using topical minoxidil along with ketoconazole shampoo to try stay ahead of it. At the end of the day though, I’ve accepted that if it goes, Turkey trip for a transplant is the backup plan.
Gyno:
Same approach keep a close eye on how I’m feeling and use bloodwork to stay on top of aromatisation. If it does become an issue, surgery is something I’ve already come to terms with.
Future kids:
This was a big one, but after going through a lot of the fertility and PCT logs on here, I’m confident there are solid options available when the time comes. I’m 30, so that’s not an immediate concern right now the focus is improving my quality of life.
Lastly, TD pic from @Prymal
There’s a couple of peptides there for a future plan thinking of running a bit of a mito stack down the track. That’ll be after I simplify things and stick to the basics: Reta, Klow, Test E, and occasionally HGH or Tesamorelin. I respond really well to Tesamorelin, so I might lean toward keeping that in over HGH.

Splitting the 105mg into daily pins from day one is the cleanest way to keep E2 stable and get a proper read on how your system handles it before any sides creep in brother
