The Hcg Power cycle

I was reading about this cycle by Dr. Scally on another forum, he says that hcg is great to use as a stand alone cycle and you can run 1000iu's per day and treat it like you were running steroids. he says there would be no suppression since hcg 'powers up' the testes as he puts it and he says you can gain a lot of mass on it. what you think?
 
oh boy... smfh... i remember reading a very small portion of something of his several years ago and had to stop just a few sentences in... im not surprised at all with this nonsense...
