Time for rad and ostarine?

I’m 24 years old
5’10’’
18% body fat
220 pounds
I’m big and strong for my age
looking to use sarms to help me cut down a little bit. Also recovery has been an issue since I am in law school
I’m looking at rad140 and ostarinemk2866
My friend said 25mgs of each is good for 20 weeks.
would you change anything?

cut it to 12 weeks is what i would recommend

20 weeks is too much on sarms
12-16 week is usually the cycle time

At 24 years old, I wouldn't do anything that would shut you down, even sarms. Get blood work first and get a picture of your hormone levels. Then decide if you want to further fuck them up by introducing any compound that is going to shut you down further. 24 is too young. Your hormone levels should be at their peak right now.

Definitely add Cardarine to your stack but keep it to 12 weeks.
