Today was a rest day felt sore in my lower back from yestys dead lifts. Went for a walk not long ago just a chill speed listening to music. Been good having the week off work I forgot it was even saturday this morning when I woke up lol.

Tomorrow back in the gym to do legs cardio abs and stretch sesh maybe too. gotta make sure to ring mum too at some point lol

Gotta rest up when the body tells you too brother.

Consistency is best! 3-5 workouts a week is awesome. Life outside gym also has to take priority sometimes so its good your not putting too much pressure on yourself!

The log is progressing really well! Keep up the good work!

Yer I like to keep it bout 5 max usually. Work has been real flat out tho the past few months so sometimes I’d only get 2-3 workouts in and sometimes only weights no cardio or abs or anything else. Having time off atm has been really good I haven’t been able to train this much in ages really happy

How much more longer do you have off of work?

What kind of gym do you train at? Has it been good to train during the day instead of after work?
 
I go back to work on the 18th bro so have a good chunk of time off left happy as with that!
I train at the local anytime fitness. Its ok. It is kinda the closest one to my place that has better equipment . There is a really old pcyc gym which is closer to my house but this anytime just has nicer and newer stuff tbh.

yep been heaps good training in the day most times i have been there has been barely anyone else there lol plus i dont feel as buggered as I have been sleeping in and just straight chillin lol
 
Deadlift 3x5 120 kg
Pull Ups 4×8 failed at the end of these
Single Arm Dumbbell Row 3×10 27.5 kg
Chest Supported Row 3×12 50 kg
Rear delt fly with dumbbell 3×15 7.5kg
Cable curls with straight bar 3×12 30kg

Woke up early had black coffee for pre

Did 30min incline walk on tready then hit the weights was good sesh
Really looks like you're starting to find a routine of it all,
Going to be a ripping next few months 🙏

masteron hgh n maybe deca aswell. I want to blow right up and try get to 90 kg but not put on much fat. Will give it a few more weeks and see what happens I have a friend who is happy to sell me his mast e for the same price he paid for it and I can get deca off of war born so I am sweet with that.

Gotta sort the doses next but I am still thinking of getting a coach for that sorta thing plus might be good to have someone to look over my training also

I looked at your log just then. Your runs are good! You liking how it is all going right now? Maybe I need to do road running I just do the cardio machines at anytime fitness and walking lol

I was thinking of Test, EQ & DECA in the off season, try blow up a bit, but also keep up my cardio, so will see how it goes.

Sometimes just walking out the front door and just running can be rewarding,
Not stuck on the one spot on a machine etc

I love training in the middle of the day also! Can focus more on what your doing and you never have to wait for machines/weights lol. Its the best.

That's a hectic little first cycle! Make sure you run through your dosages plenty with someone who knows what their doing!

You can send your planned cycle in the group chat and the lads will be able to help bro. So much knowledge in there! Or bounce it off a coach. There's so many good coaches in the Australian scene nowadays! Plenty of the Team War Born lads have coaches and they could steer someone your way!

Na nothing really other than chilling. Was gonna go catch a flight to spend time at one of the bros this weekend but the prick got called for work and ain’t able to anymore. idc though cause I can get right into the weights and cook heaps of meals etc will be good to take it easy I would most likely be drinking heaps if I went and stayed at my mates
