Finished up with revers pec Dec to hit rear delts but still dealing with some issue so I stayed very light weight and a ton of reps to failure just to force as much blood into the muscle as possible.
Hope everyone has a good upcoming weekend and stay hydrated!!!
happy you back didnt see your last update brother now i see you really pulling hardWhat’s up everyone.
Been slammed with work per the usual but getting some good training in but it’s been extremely early am around 4 in the morning or earlier. I have 4 different construction crews working for me right now and they are on nights to help them beat this heat wave we have had coming through the east.
Started really trying to diet down over the past few weeks using fasting/cardio and cleaning up my diet was starting around 215 and now floating around 198 to 200 so it’s worked well.
This morning after getting off work around 3 I went to the gym. Hit 30 min on the treadmill with a 7 incline around a fast paced walk just before a jog then moved onto back. One of my favorite days.
Started with the assisted pull up for 3 sets
Set 1 for 14 reps
Set 2 for 12 reps
Set 3 added a little more weight to the stack and went extremely slow for 14 reps
Bent over dumbbell rows 3 sets really focusing for the squeeze the top
80s for 15 per side
90s for 12 per side
105s for 8 per side
Pullover machine with stacked weight
14 plates for 16 reps
17 plates for 12 reps
19 plates for 8 reps with a few forced reps at the end
Getting the kids and the sxs out today to go play in the woods since the heat has broke and it’s going to be in the 80s for the first time in a while. Between work the gym and now both my sons starting football and I’m a head coach on one and assistant on the other it’s been hectic. But that’s life. Have a great week everyone.
you doing cardio?
