Hey guys!
Another long gym sesh today. Hit 20mg var and the gym early again. I practiced handstand walks and did some sets of handstand holds then I hit:
3x8 cable pull down 40lbs
3x12 barbell evil wheel
3x5 dips
3x8 feet elevated supinated ring row

After that I hit class:

I rxed the workout until the very last set of squats my low back started cramping BAD so I had to abort and do bw squats. Never felt such a fierce cramping like that. Finished the workout in 11:29. Chilled after that and then went for an evening cruise!
