Hi! Chill day today only 11,000+ steps. I also kept my workout light because I am going to a CrossFit competition tomorrow wooooo!

Coach recommended I keep my squat clean light @75lbs and for the WOD 9:1 with a 10lb wall ball to stay fresh for tomorrow! Hoping the competition goes well!
