weird feeling during injection

Last night I pinned my shoulder and when the needle went in I felt a strong pain like right away, I didn't want to stop the injection so I pushed down on the plunger and oil did not go easy, i had to really push hard for it to get through. when i pulled out a lot of blood came out of the hole. what do you think happened?

You probably hit a vein as you were pushing the needle it. Nothing too bad but you'll have site damage there for sure, massage it and stretch.

Vein, nerve, scar tissue, bone. Next time redo it.

When you have resistance pushing the needle in it is likely scar tissue. Make sure you are rotating sites to avoid it building up.
