what to use in my pan to cook eggs

so I got sort of a dumb question. I just started cooking for the first time and I’m trying to cook up some eggs in a pan. But they keep sticking to the pan and I have to scrub the crap out of it and the eggs come out mushy. I know that they have those spray on oils but they are supposed to not be good for you. What do you all on here use?

Do not use those spray-on oils. They are very toxic.

Bros. I would use some light coconut oil. Make sure it's pure coconut oil though.

Cold pressed coconut oil, that's Raw. Nothing, that's refined.

You can use some good quality raw butter. That might work good.

Ghee is another option. It's a more natural type of food and it will really work.

wow what an amazing thread. the eggs are important to be pastured raised. that makes a difference

Always use high quality eggs.. you can get a non stick pan and not use anything if you want
