zphcstore.com domain unknown?

Not sure what is going on with zphcstore.com. when you click on their website it takes you to another website and then it says domain unknown.
Does this mean that they were taken over by the feds or doesn’t mean that they just closed down and sold away their domain? When you try and order it won’t let you anymore either. Seems like these guys are finished a real shame been using zphc for a while but not safe anymore.
