I would save the aderral for exams not for appetite surpression. Or go to a college campus and sell them 10 a pop. If you haven't even experienced alcohol why would u want aderral or something stronger.

I've never done drugs before. I only smoked 1 cigarette with a friend in highschool and never drank more than 1 beer. 😖
also, don't listen to anyone telling you to use any sort of street drugs...

low fat diets are not how you lose weight. fat isn't bad at all. it is the wrong fats that are bad. fat doesn't make you fat. the biggest reasons for obesity is from low fat and high sugar american diets.

also don't listen to this 'eat in a calorie deficit bullshit' either

i would recommend reading some nutrition books before taking nutrition/diet advice from a bunch of meatheads on a forum (no offense guys but its true). i recommend Jason Fung's books.

also i agree with dylan, keep it simple. GW works and is not hormonal. steroids are NOT fat burners at all.

I was being funny about the cocain, it is a very popular drug in the fitness industry.
I mean it blunts appetite
Doesn't have extremele deleterious effects to muscle like alcohol
and provides a "way" for people to go out and live it up without drinking.

That being said, don't do drugs.
 
I love steroids and all that increases my performance but im totally against recrational drugs like cocain

no eat more good fats. American dieting gets literally ZERO. eat your fruits and veggies again Americans get none of those. american diet is full of sugar, bad oils, refined oils, processed junk, and too much meat hence why we are fat. learn to eat at home and cook with wholesome ingredients. i can work with you 1 on 1, just drop me a PM for a consultation. i specialize in weight loss

yes I'm serious.
amphetamines were quietly sold in pharmacies long ago.
the wives used them to stay at home and do the cleaning non-stop all day.
they make hunger go away, keep you active, etc etc ... but like any drug it also affects the brain and neural cells.

there's better to stay shredded all year round ;)
 
I do diet already. I eat 2 times per day now. Lunch at 12 and dinner at 6. I also exercise. Don't have a boyfriend and shy to talk to guys so I just work on my fitness and uni. :geek:

The number of meals means little. If these were two moderate meals fine. But if they were full on Sunday Roasts...
