Approved Log My Test Winny GW Log

Diet is starting to eat into my strength. Hence the higher reps. I’ve been focusing on form and getting a good pump. I forgot to take my last jab on Monday so I’m going in to contest 3weeks off oils. Currently running S23 10mg 3x daily as a hardener which seems to be working I’ve been getting dryer day by day and more vascular. Decided to leave the winstrol out until I start my water load.
 
Water load plan
- Monday 2.5 gallons
-Tuesday 2.5 gallons
- Wednesday 1.5 gallons
- Thursday 1 gallon
- Friday 65 ounces ( 1⁄2 gallon)
-Saturday - sip on water

@Chimp diet is going to make you tired if lower cals. S23 I found suppressive for no reason I rather use orals like anavar or tbol.
 
You're going in the right direction for the show.
 
@Chimp you already lean have you thought of stacking hgh? I think you can handle it.
I'm doing 10 IUs per day for my pro show open bodybuilding.

I’m super low on winstrol that’s why I’m saving the rest for next week or else I’d run them in conjunction. The S23 has been giving me almost the exact same results. Excluding the slight endurance boost I get from winny.
 
@Chimp why do you water load? you just testing how you feel preshow?
It gets me full and saturated with water and once I start to carb up mid week and slowly take away water my muscles look a lot fuller by show time.
 
that is a crazy amount of water.
The first two days suck but it gives you almost a shrink wrap effect once you start taking the water away and add in carb
