Diet

50g Protein shake before my workout

Breakfast -42g protein shake

Lunch-chicken and green beans

Dinner-steak and diced potatoes

Snack-granola bar, yogurt


I’m working on starting to post my workout routine and how many reps I due but I’m not used to counting my reps when I’m at the gym. I get too jacked up on pre-workout and zoning out that I forget, but I am trying to actively work on that.

I posted my meal prep the other day for the next 2 days and I thought potatoes was good for you, but I can cut it out and just add some broccoli. thanks bro
 
potatoes are good but you gotta start cutting carbs

Most of my dinners are meal prep. My lunch varies depending on work. I don’t have nowhere to heat up my food when I’m at work so most time I do a salad or wrap. And I really appreciate the help. I’m just learning and trying to figure out what works best for me. Any advice is really appreciate it.

sugar free 1 per day is fine

Awesome I cut all soft drinks out of my diet, but just wondering if one sugar free every now and again would’ve been fine. Thanks so much bro
 
No, I thought I was supposed to stay away from the fats, but I can start adding some stuff to it if you have any suggestions.
fats are needed for fat loss and joint/organ health bro

you need to add them, keep carbs low and protein fats high @Justlearning22

you can see @Monogordo5 has a ketogenic log up and higher protein/fat low carbs
 
You can replace the decca with NPP shorter acting ester the nice thing with npp is You won't hold as much water and it has a very low conversion into estrogen.

Ugfreak has it in the 150mg/ml id look into that option brother.

I ordered from ugfreak and I did get the NPP on Monday now they are telling me that they have a problem with venmo and they cannot access the money so I’m trying to figure out if my stuff been shipped or not.

but i use no sugar ketchup on my chicken with hot sauce no sodium no sugar
