I’m working on starting to post my workout routine and how many reps I due but I’m not used to counting my reps when I’m at the gym. I get too jacked up on pre-workout and zoning out that I forget, but I am trying to actively work on that.

Most of my dinners are meal prep. My lunch varies depending on work. I don’t have nowhere to heat up my food when I’m at work so most time I do a salad or wrap. And I really appreciate the help. I’m just learning and trying to figure out what works best for me. Any advice is really appreciate it.
