Approved Log My Phoenix Transformation cycle Log

30 minutes of cardio
I had to leave the gym early then I wanted to because my sugar level was really low. I couldn’t workout at my normal time because I got called into work. I will make up for it tomorrow.

how do you know blood sugar low? how did you measure?

Diet

50 g Protein shake

Breakfast - protein shake

Lunch- 3 eggs and sausage omelette

Dinner- chicken and broccoli

Snack- Half a cup of almonds, sugar free jello
the protein shake needs something inside, add some fats to the protein shake or oats
like 1/4 cups of oatmeal in the breakfast shake bro :)

I’m hypoglycemic and have been like that for years so Ik when it’s low. My body starts to shake and I feel really weak so Ik that’s when I need to stop and get something to eat. Would a banana work with my protein shake?
