Update- I’m not sure honestly how much longer I can afford this lifestyle. I had no clue how expensive it is when I started. Work has been really slow for me because of the economy so I’m barely making it by. I’m just being completely honest and my personal life has been very stressful. I have been doing the best I can to stay on my diet and not drink but every day it’s a struggle to be healthy with everything I have going on.

I’m not going to give up bro. It’s just every week I have to pay a lot of money for one thing or the other. It’s just a lot going on for me with this and my personal life but I will figure it out.
 
Diet

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Lunch- broccoli rice and chicken

Snack- chicken noodle soup

Dinner- chicken and mixed vegetables

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein bar, protein yogurt

Food looks tasty I like that soup bro add that always and try to add a protein shake with your soup (post) to bump up intake
