Approved Log Ravenson 2025 Sport TRT and Cycles log

long form covid is what you need to worry about.

I know some people who have been sick for 6 months or longer and they still can't operate correctly.

Hope you get better soon.
The problem is covid, usually lasts a week or two.

@Ravenson how are you bro?
Doing much better today, been able to eat a lot of chicken soup and even got a 1/2 pound cheeseburger patty down me. Still feeling weak and over sick but being able to eat again feels so nice. Probably give it the rest of the week off and start back to the gym Sunday or Monday just to make sure I’m not passing this on to anyone else.

You should be drinking protein shakes are you? @Ravenson

Thank you to everyone for the well wishes, it was very much appreciated. I will be back to training on Sunday. Since I’m already down 16 pounds now from this illness I’m considering just starting a cut and going with it. What should my macros look like on a cut? My normal non training day calorie burn is around 3200. I’m thinking about keeping calories around 1800 until I’m down to about 185, currently sitting at 205. Also running my TRT at around 250 right now, should I increase or decrease for cutting? Haven’t done a serious cut in over 10 years and then I used a juicing diet to cut 50 pounds over 6 months. I don’t do well in ketosis though, I have naturally very low blood sugar, wake up in the 50s most mornings.

@Ravenson i would stay with TRT for now 2 weeks bro to keep cutting
@GHgut4life No today I had full meals and a couple shakes, feeling about 75% back to normal.
how much bone broth you got? its urgent to add

Covid Update: 2nd full day being sick and I am down over 12 pounds and still can’t eat or swallow anything but jello and water. Everything else burns the crap out of my throat. The weight loss I’m a sure is mostly glycogen weight so I’ll get it back real quick but some fat loss is nice at least.
@Ravenson man that’s a heck of a loss. 12 lbs man. I bet you’re shredded right now

Unfortunately no the bulk of the weight loss is water weight. I may have dropped 3 or 4 pounds of fat max but still enough to want to start a cut and go with it.

First day back post Covid and was feeling very weak still so I left it at 2 sets for each exercise. Probably give it a week at that before bumping my volume back up. All in all good workout though.
