Pre workout-50 g Protein shake with honey

Post workout- 42g protein shake with honey

Lunch- omelette with shrimp and vegetables

After lunch I had some crawfish

Dinner- steak , green beans, sweet potatoes

Snack- omega-3 mix, protein cookie

Fruit- mango, pineapple, and strawberry smoothie

That Crustaceans sound really good. I haven't had shrimp or crawfish in a long time.

50 minutes of cardio

I went up in my weights just trying to get everything back to where it was. I feel a lot better at the gym mentally and physically.

@Justlearning22 you look much better brotha
your arms are HUGE and your shoulders chest getting bigger
i suggest more bench press for chest and dips
but you arent fat at all brotha you lean , just some light water retention
I will add a extra set of each then I have chest day tomorrow and I really appreciate it💪🏻
