Approved Log My 1st Testosterone Enanthate Anavar Cycle Log

I'm thinking i need to change my approach and routine completely on my legs. I'm just not making progress near as fast in that area so I feel like I'm going to lay off heavier weight on my legs and do those at high reps now like I do everything else. I just hate squats and leg press at high reps.
if you got an injury you should do other parts of the body bro
and volume is what you need imo reps and more reps
 
First cycle final results. I injured my back pretty good so I'm done until I recover. So I decided to cut my cycle short by like 2 weeks. I'm going to take 2 months off then hoping into next cycle where I will be cutting even more. I have a much better idea of what is expected and how things work so next time around should be very successful.

lets talk about your food and training again
hows the food going?
I just love that color of filter lol but it doesn't change my muscle definition or nothing just make everything slightly blue. And my weight is down to 251 now. Training is normal as usual. I did cut out lower back lifts for now and no more deadlifts for a bit. I am doing high reps on leg press and even tried Bulgarian split squats which were painfully good lol my last leg routine honestly felt the most successful and was happy with it and tomorrow is leg day again and I'll be doing high reps again and maybe lower weight high rep squats as well. Shoulders quit hurting and honestly just been going lighter on military presses but happy I can work them out again. Diet is honestly just whatever looks good at the moment but some how I keep losing weight still. Cardio i stopped for a bit since I injured my back but I am doing that on rest days now.

you still on cycle though? whats the game
 
Just injured my back lifting heavy on deadlifts then went to do rows a few hours later at 225lbs and I did it once but it felt to heavy so I went to grab smaller weight and when I went to pick up a 25lb plate off the ground my back made a popping and crunching sound and It locked up and I fell on the ground and couldn't get back up. I ended up going to the hospital the next day though.
