pmroids.to sent me crashed gear. I know it happens sometimes but really no excuse. It isn’t cold where I am at. Anyway I need this stuff replaced so I reached out to them. The person I talked to was very rude and said that they don’t accept returns. They also said that there’s nothing wrong with the gear and I should heat it up and still use it. I feel like this is poor customer service. I don’t want to have to heat it up. Each time I use it, that’s ridiculous.
