Approved Log Cycle, Diet, Training - Cutting Log

Bros, Very encouraged and Excited!!!! I was 221.6 lbs this morning!!!! Droping weight faster, that now only eating chicken and eggs with some veggies. Today I ate twice the same thing. Chicken, eggs with cayenne pepper! Feel good and energetic.

Worked out today Chest and Bicepts. I wanted to switch it up today and only used barbels. Flat bench, incline, flies and another not sure what its called. Curls, hamer curls.

I want to get ripped like some of you guys on your profile picture.!!! Here is a pic of my food today and what I ate yesterday. I usually eat 2 to 3 times a day.
Wow, I must admit that food looks really good. I would definitely love to make something like this. It certainly working for you you are cutting down. @MikeW
 
Wow!!! Felt really strong today! I added rice back in my diet last night and today before workout and wow! I look bigger lol, my bench went super up! I did 360 lbs chest press 8 to 10 times. It was a press machine not barbell bench but still, 1 month ago I could only do 360 lbs only 1 time. My dumbell curls went up. I can work out with 45 lbs 12 times even 50 pounds curls 5 to 8 times. I am getting stronger and so happy about that!

Here is a pic of me today after chest workout. I feel wider at my shoulders. Also a pic of the food my girlfriend made me. Chicken and veggies, rice with garlic and porkchops.

Excited!!!! I weigh 220 lbs. I am realizing how much fat I still have. I can lose 10 to 15 more pounds maybe I am not sure. Feeling good, eating my chicken, and low carbs. I dont feel tired and feel good in the Gym!!! I want to put on more muscle and get Ripppped!!!!! Lets goooo!!!

You look fuller and tighter, definitely putting on muscle fast brother Tren A will recomposition you quick, so the scale won’t drop much even as fat goes down

get protein up more though @MikeW

@MikeW i never lost weight on tren. in fact usually a couple weeks into it i gain like 6-8 pounds fast no joke. i've always viewed tren as a mass and strength builder in my own experiences

OH wow! I dont mind being bigger, Just dont want to get fat or gain fat! I am eating clean though so I should not add fat right?

more important how you look in the mirror. you certainly looked super jacked in those pictures, that's for sure. Let's see where you're at though in a little bit. @MikeW

you look good man! Tren is going to do a lot of things to your body @MikeW everyone is different see how you react to it
 
OH wow! I dont mind being bigger, Just dont want to get fat or gain fat! I am eating clean though so I should not add fat right?
bros if you gain mass some of it going to be fat. that is just normal

trenbolone does a lot of things for different people. some people it helps them recomp. some it helps with strength @MikeW some it helps with mass. you will see that is what the log is for!

I am about to order from NapsGear. In your oppinion which lab should I order from. I am thinking I am going to buy from XT Labs Tren A 100 and Caber. But I am willing to buy from any lab that you may feel that is alot stronger!

I think I need Caber because After using Tren down stairs is not working! It worked fine until I started to use Tren. I am assuming its Prolactin? I have zero desire while on tren.

I am sure all labs on NapsGear is good but through your experiance give me a Recomendation on what lab to order Tren A from. Thank you Bros. Instead of Caber should I get Proviron? Or should I try Caber first at 2.5mg twice a week? What you guys recomend.

Bros, I really like Tren! It seemed I was gaining some weight, then today I weighed 219 lbs. I like how I feel on tren and I dont really get much sides. I take 100mg for three days straight then 1 day off..
