Approved Log TRT and Cycle Log

I hadn’t planned to add an ai. I don’t have any symptoms so I’m thinking I’ll try pinning more and retest in a month to see if that helps.

For my higher test mini-cycle, I guess I’ll need to use an ai since it’s already this high on trt dosing. Don’t really know much about it so I’ll do some reading but any recommendations are very welcome!
 
I’m thinking about switching my test injections from 3x/week to EOD and see if that helps lower my estrogen without needing to lower my test or add in an AI.

Any thoughts on that or anything else you see in my blood?

@obsessiveindecisive i don't see why switching your injections will effect estrogen. the esters will still slow release either way. its more about certain people metabolize different

Honestly I just read somewhere on the internet that it could help lower it but it sounds like that may not do much for me.

If I don’t have symptoms, is it an issue for now? Or just need to be ready to use an ai when I run a higher test only cycle in a month or so?
 
Not an issue necessarily, just hadn’t considered it at trt dosing. i also don’t know much about it so if you have a suggestion, let me know!
if you don't want high estrogen then use an AI. switching pinning schedule and all that is just bro science. the bloods tell the truth @obsessiveindecisive

Just some meal pictures.

Protein pancakes with whey drip “syrup”. I get about 9 mini pancakes. This is my favorite rest day breakfast when I’m on a cut. Feels like a cheat meal but it’s 320 calories, 55g protein, 10 carb, 3 fat and 30g fiber

This is my typical lunch, depending on where I am in my diet the rice/potatoes just go up or down. I make a sauce with onions, red curry paste, a small amount of light coconut milk and spices. Ends up being like 25 calories per serving. Add in mixed roasted veggies and 150g cooked chicken breast. For my current diet, it’s about 300 calories, 47g protein, 16 carbs and 4 fat.

@obsessiveindecisive This looks like an easy to do recipe right here. Nice mix of vegetables and protein. I got a lot of love for this food makes me hungry.

I will definitely echo the excellent job on the cooking. Those protein pancakes look really good. Mini pancakes will last you a couple days easy. @obsessiveindecisive
