Protein pancakes with whey drip “syrup”. I get about 9 mini pancakes. This is my favorite rest day breakfast when I’m on a cut. Feels like a cheat meal but it’s 320 calories, 55g protein, 10 carb, 3 fat and 30g fiber

This is my typical lunch, depending on where I am in my diet the rice/potatoes just go up or down. I make a sauce with onions, red curry paste, a small amount of light coconut milk and spices. Ends up being like 25 calories per serving. Add in mixed roasted veggies and 150g cooked chicken breast. For my current diet, it’s about 300 calories, 47g protein, 16 carbs and 4 fat.
