Notes
I got a crazy ass pump during my workout this morning! I again filmed my working sets and send them to my coach. Again, on some lifts i was using to much weight and throwing other body parts into what is supposed to be an isolation movement. All these little notes and suggestions will be worked into my upcoming workouts. I asked my coach if i could do another workout tomorrow implementing those changes, but i need rest… so i will be doing stretching and cardio with a few very light movements to make sure i have things dialed in. As far as my cardio goes, I think I finally found the sweet spot to keep my heart rate average in the 130s. Macros day in and day out have stayed very consistent and locked in. Friday will be my next big lift and i already can’t wait!
