estrogen crashed on cycle

I'm doing prop test at 50mgs a day and i was taking a 1/4mg of adex daily and my estrogen tanked under 10 which was way too low. I was feeling moody, cranky, low libido, and depressed. my joints also were feeling weird. i stopped taking the adex and retested 2 weeks later and my estrogen is still low. when will it rebound?

I doubt you dropped your estrogen so low with .25mgs of arimidex. You sure that was the right dose?

Some confusion here. You didn't mean a 1/4mg did you. Translates as 0.25mg

.25mg daily will crash estrogen so not sure what you guys above are reading. he said DAILY not weekly.

yeah daily is an entirely different story... there's no approximate answer on when it will rebound... clearly you need to scale it back and let it start to balance itself out

That is a pretty low dose of test to be running an AI at all. I would stop using all together and only use again if sides show up. Estradiol is extremely important and way too many people are too concerned about keeping it low.
