8 Days off the tren and feeling it leaving the system. Some of my numbers have gone down a little but that's probably also due to the weight loss. Adjusted diet a little reducing fats and carbs a little. I'm hoping to cut another 8lbs-10lbs of fat by the end of May. Below is the last 3 days. Ill update with some meal pics tomorrow

Thursday did 1 hr cardio plus abs.

Friday worked early and took the day off cardio. Lack of sleep and burning a lot of cals had me feeling pretty weak. Ready to recharge tonight and light it up tomorrow!

Big boy breakfast. Greek yogurt whey protein powder and oats. 72 protein, 34 carbs, 6g of fat. Today eating first then workout in about an hour and half.

Workout was difficult to start. Wasn't into it mentally until about 40 minutes in. I think the eating before screwed me up. I usually don't eat until after and I usually workout very early but off work today and needed to get some sleep. Below is the workout. All I could think about the last 20 minutes of my cardio was this tuna steak roll I had waiting on me lol. Sry completely forgot to take a picture

Below are Monday and Tuesday workouts. Felt run down on both days, but today was the worst. Couldn't get the heart rate up like I usually do. No motivation for cardio or Abs so going attempt to get more sleep and see how I respond tomorrow morning.

Also, the tren should be out of my system but damn I think the night sweats got worse. Not sure what's up with that but the plan is get more sleep and take 4 of the cycle/organ support pills instead two. We'll see if this improves anything. Current weight is now 176lbs.

Got some better sleep. This morning was definitely better than the last two, but still a little soft when I got to the cardio. Heart rate was much lower than usual but got through it.
