those aren't baby weights either you are pushing it hard
 
Workout was difficult to start. Wasn't into it mentally until about 40 minutes in. I think the eating before screwed me up. I usually don't eat until after and I usually workout very early but off work today and needed to get some sleep. Below is the workout. All I could think about the last 20 minutes of my cardio was this tuna steak roll I had waiting on me lol. Sry completely forgot to take a picture

This morning I ate about an hour and half before the workout. I was complete garbage. Very weak, and not into it. Heart rate stayed high surprisingly. I'm not sure if it's diet or if I need to add more cycle organ support. I'm up and down physically and mentally. Usually test and eq have me feeling fantastic.
Bumping up organ support to 4 a day and going to wake up early tomorrow for the lift and eat afterwards.
It's raining so going to lay down and see if I can get motivated for an afternoon cardio.

Ended up pulling off cardio in the afternoon. 60 minutes but did not burn as many calories as I usually do.
Thanks for the encouragement! I just ordered a blood sugar kit since a lot of my symptoms match low blood sugar. I had this same issue last summer. Once I cut down to a low body fat % workouts seem to get tough and feel tired, soft, and weak.

Slept in so eating first. Below is 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 scoop of whey protein, and 1/2cup of oats

make sure you eat good if you're gonna eat before a workout
