Big update tomorrow I’m getting some blood work done, I believe it’s just testing for testosterone since my physician wanted me to get one a couple months ago around this time of year. I also requested a cbc and a cmp not sure if I got those but if not I’ll go on my own time to get those numbers.

Walking Burned 278 cal
Not sure on swimming did 20 min mainly focusing on sprinting
350 breast stroke
Today I what I ate is below in Cronometer
For cardio I did 45 min lawn mowing burned 329 cal
Results for testosterone test came back along with cmp and cbc below
Walked for 80 min burned 494 cal
Only hit chest today since my right arm was hurting from getting blood drawn.

My desired outcome from the cycle is to put on a good amount of muscle mass around 20 pounds, Id prefer to stay dry with the Npp since I’m also planning on using dbol. Currently I was thinking of running 30mgs sr to help me lean down faster in preparation for the cycle. Let me know what you think

@Monogordo5 IMO looking at your situation, I really dont think you should bulk, you need to CUT and shred
you need to lean out right now before bulking honestly

Sounds good, should I run a cutting cycle with sarms so I can recover from it faster or would you recommend using gear to cut then bulking around spring or summer ?
