Thanks for the feedback. Yes definitely will continue putting in the hours especially now that summers starting. Would you recommend I start high intensity cardio like butterfly stroke in swimming ? Or keep to low intensity?

I also picked up raw honey and honey comb let me know if it’s a good addition to the diet or if i schools scrap it.

Big update tomorrow I’m getting some blood work done, I believe it’s just testing for testosterone since my physician wanted me to get one a couple months ago around this time of year. I also requested a cbc and a cmp not sure if I got those but if not I’ll go on my own time to get those numbers.
