For me what works is eating in a window and not counting what I eat. I am not saying that works for everyone but that is what I do. I generally do a 20/4 window, so I fast for 20 hours and eat for 4. I eat the clean whole foods I mentioned, and as much as I want in that 4 hour window.Is there a certain number I should try and aim for per day now that I’m getting further into the cut ?
You can try something like that but start with a larger eating window so you adjust.
