Approved Log My First Testosterone Anavar N2Guard cutting cycle Log

Is there a certain number I should try and aim for per day now that I’m getting further into the cut ?
For me what works is eating in a window and not counting what I eat. I am not saying that works for everyone but that is what I do. I generally do a 20/4 window, so I fast for 20 hours and eat for 4. I eat the clean whole foods I mentioned, and as much as I want in that 4 hour window.

You can try something like that but start with a larger eating window so you adjust.

I’ll have to try that. Right now I’m doing something that’s kind of weird: I’ll do a 12hr fast then eat a medium sized meal before training then I’ll fast for another 8-10 hrs and have my biggest meal at around 10pm. Let me know if it’s any good

Quick question: would there be any benefit in working out twice a day ? For example if tomorrow I hit chest later in the day should I do a bicep and ab workout ?
doing 2 training sessions on need, you're not there yet bro
if you got the time do extra cardio 2nd session
more cardio = more lean
cardio is our key

Sounds good man I’ll add another hiit session tomorrow

No it would pretty much be overkill, only thing I do is split my cardio earlier in thr day and my weight training at night.

but I think there is a big diet issue
i see low fat there
if you go low carbs you need to go high fat
so increase fat intake asap to around 100 grams and increase protein by 50 grams
keep carbs low

Sounds good man. Thanks for the save I just took a couple shots of avocado oil. I’ll increase protein to around 250 tomorrow
 
nice update man the food looks very interesting
i follow time restricted eating myself. it would work well for you as masonic described above. i never count what i am eating but i also cycle my foods the way we naturally should. remember you aren't a pro bodybuilder here, so why follow what they do?

i would recommend a book by Jason Fung on fasting which will open your eyes to a lot of things on the way our bodies work also i have a fasting log on evolutionary.org which i layout some really good science based facts on it
