I know this is a little early to be talking about but I’m planning on bulking around January… I’d like to start ordering gear etc to my P.O. Box before it runs out in September.

I was thinking of running tren an and npp .. how much and how long should I run this combo for ? And what should my caber dosage look like

@Monogordo5 good rest day would up the protein a bit on rest day

are you in ketosis? still dont see ketone measurement

I’ll try to post a test strip tomorrow…I’ve been doing bathroom renovations and water had been for the past 2 days.

Also should I aim for 250g protein on rest days ?

otherwise 200 and less is fine

Yes toilet got Installed today late afternoon. It should be ready for me to use tmrw morning which is when water will be turned on

Cardio’s looking good right ? Or should I aim to up swimming? Also I’ve definitely been improving in butterfly since I almost beat a college swimmer the other day
 
of course thats the magic number push past 24 hours and you feel better @Monogordo5
Im thinking about doing 16hr fast 6x a week and 1 24hr fast then ramping it up each week let me know what you think

training shoulder press dont do so much weight you can injure the shoulder, stick to 100-150 range and slow
once a shoulder injury starts, its for life

macros a bit low, why low protein today?

thats a solo strip, there is a bottle with it right?
can you do a comparison ketone strip with the bottle range, which compares the color
and post a pic please

roughly looking at the strip you're in medium ketosis but guessing here bro :)

Yes definitely…I just took another test if you’d like I could post that right now. Also thought I should be aiming for around 200 protein is it higher on training days
