The day is basically over for me I’ve hit around 220ish protein and 160 fat. Should I drop to 180 tomorrow?

thats fine but lets drop to 180 grams of protein and up the fat by 20 grams bro
we want to see you medium ketosis to use fat for energy I agree with @starboy

if you fast longer then 20-24 hours you will be spitting out ketones like crazy. will be dark red after 36-48 hours
How many hours should I fast per day? Today I think I got around 20
