Approved Log My First Testosterone Anavar N2Guard cutting cycle Log

@Monogordo5 im thinking 150 grams range and cut protein to around 170 grams to see a balance


you can do 24 fast 1 time per week but dont overdo it
Ok sounds good! Would you recommend I stay in the 16 hour range 6 days a week then do a 24hr fast on my rest day

There’s this girl,my co worker , who seems to have taken an interest in me..when she sees me she gets excited and wants to hang out with me.

Do you guys think she’s attracted to me or just being friendly ?

@Monogordo5 thats much better you're going to lean out this way faster but cut the fats a bit, enough around 150 level now bro

with all the pickup artists bulshit out there I'm gonna tell you something about picking up women that they'll absolutely love.

its a concept that has been abandoned thanks to bad advice from fake gurus and that is just be honest with her. be straight up and say look I feel like when I'm around you there's some fireworks I would love to take you out this weekend that's it if she says no Then respect it and move on if she says yes then go for it

How many hours should I fast per day? Today I think I got around 20

i lay out graphs and facts on fasting with studies. i would check that out and make a determination on a fasting strategy for you.

there are links to a 9 day and 19 day fast i did which i documented.

i also recommend Dr. Jason Fung who has books on fasting with lots of studies which will change how you approach food.

also i did several podcasts on fasting. this is one of them

 
volume is looking pretty sweet keep it up
 
there is going to be ups and downs throughout every fitness journey I like that you're keeping your head up
 
keep the cardio strong it's very good for your heart
