Sorry it has taken me so long to back on here but feeling 100% and everything seems to be on point.
1st day of new cycle started today running 525 TestC and 350 Deca.

they really do help shape your physique

don't depend so much on fast food
I do prep my food but Monday was an exceptionally long day. As I’ve stated before I live about an hour and a half from this gym and in SW Texas where it routinely gets over 100°f. Typically I am done with workout and any appts I have and back home by 12 or 1 and can eat prepped but on rare days I do have a morning appt and an afternoon appt and need to eat out. I try for things like chipotle because it at least is healthier than a Big Mac or Whopper. Also there are times I list food as Chipotle Bowl or something like that but it is my homemade version. I will typically state the difference though and list each item when it’s homemade.

Thanks everyone for the welcome back. Feeling good about this cycle, have a lot to prove to myself still so really trying to keep everything on point. For the first 3-4 weeks I’ll probably only hit 3-4 workouts a week but after that I should be back to my 5-7 a week. Though I’ll still probably only post 3-4 times a week.

Sorry brothers been so fucking busy I haven’t had a chance to update the log but I’m keeping with the routine and will hopefully slow down next week to get back to logging. In the mean time here are met 4 week bloods. I was running 300 test c prior to cycle start. Current cycle is 525 Test C from Nakon and 525 Deca Ultima. I am running .5mg Caber weekly but AI only as issues arise which they haven’t yet on any cycle.
