Got clearance to train upper body and standing or hanging core so these are my last three workouts. Docs putting in 3 rounds of stem cells in the tailbone when he does my lumbar. 1st round worked wonders so looking forward to getting back to 100%.

Broken tailbone, long story but basically set on a wooden massage roller real hard and felt it crack the tailbone. Let me tell you brother, words cannot describe the amount of pain a broken tailbone can cause.

BPC interferes with the stem cells so I have to run it a few months after .

I have my reasons as well for never running HGH, I had bone cancer between 2005-08 and currently have Chronic Myeloid Leukemia though I’m asymptomatic and just a large number of adult WBC with no clones. Worried HGH could cause the old bone cancer to spring back up or cause my CML to go into blast crisis. So I miss out on the benefits of added GH.
