Approved Log Testosterone Trenbolone Winstrol Cycle Log

No actual supplements except liv 52 and vitamin B5 nothing more.

Nutrition: either sonic or del taco as long as sonic has the $2 double cheeseburgers in the app otherwise it's burger king because I rent a room. Del taco is always the chicken fiesta pack: (3900 cals) six chicken tacos (chicken,cheese, ranch sauce) and six bean and cheese burritos. Along with 6 protein shakes. Macros are approximately 300g carbs and 330g protein.

Okay now with Sonic it's different I sometimes add in some grape nuts (mixed with protein shake for taste) or just eat a few tortillas for the added carbs. But Everytime get 10-12 double cheeseburgers and will eat two at a time upon waking and the first two or three meals after a workout. Plus for breakfast after work I'll get a couple two for $6 biscuit sandwiches 725 cals each to bide time before going back to work and grabbing Sonic or del taco for majority of the day. Macros on those are approximately 105g of carbs and 105 grams of protein (each sandwich roughly about 28 to 33 grams of carbs and protein)

Training is basically warm up 20-30 reps according to each body part. I take the weight to a max of 15 reps and do two-three sets until failure or an 8 rep max but considering my age (48) been working out smarter it yields close enough to the same results just not nearly as much fun.

Far as the weights go very moderate nothing crazy even at 280lbs solid AF-305lbs bloated called fat boy lol never went that heavy and when I did and could go heavy I would get fat and develop more of a powerlifter physique doing usually 4 rep max and that was mostly in the younger days up to highschool age thru 26.

Have to go to work but get a better pic with a decent pump not sure am flat here. Really could use help on nutrition with working without a kitchen and plenty of other stuff with training techniques far as splitting up body parts so you can workout more often. Please critique and give me your advice this is my second cycle in and been on since April. Have all homebrew and the orals are taken with a mg scooper and a digital scale. Can take a better pic next workout pumped if need be.

Bros I think the best thing you can do is clean up your diet
you don't need much to prep food even if you are renting a room
get a small fridge and a rice cooker and grill
Good start at least can figure out carbs with rice and potatoes in that thing but can't do the smell but will definitely help.

Food bill is close to $200 every week so yes am the forest from the trees type of guy once I get something going so really love any and all ideas such as this for saving money and getting much better macros in.

My bad bro am looking at other cycle logs to get a better idea of what to do so will a be smooth journal going forward

You're using 1500mgs of testosterone every week now for how long? @Deca_Ready can you clarify
1500mgs = 1.5 grams
so you're taking 6ml of testosterone per week?
 
Yes, started at 1250 but into four weeks felt it out first then bumped it up to finish this cruise.
1500 for about 3 weeks including the week it was injected. Also testosterone powder comes very cheap so not really tripping can make that stuff in my sleep thanks to all that practice making tren from 20 years ago 🥸

Before that was on 500mg T. Cyp/600mg Tren Enan and Winny for 23 days but because I couldn't wait I also started dbol a week later at 50mg for 22 days which was two days after my last injection.

I'm at work but sure they're in large vials the economy size lol. I keep a journal of all cycling dates on/cruise, injections and workouts to keep track 100%.

Bro yes it's the way to go. I can walk you thru it real easy it's basic stuff you just need boiling water and do a hot water bath. The hardest part is measuring out the oil and solvents.

Two vials on the left T. Cyp. On the right is about 46ml of tren Enan. Pouch to the left is 30g or 150ml of masteron enanthate ( haven't tried yet ever). Second pouch is Winny powder and next to it is dbol powder.

I've detailed my diet as best I can minus getting exact numbers. Training as well was detailed. Still growing no doubt just not overwhelming like the initial beginning cycle and this isn't my first time already know long as I keep at it will get back to the original size just getting started with this still in the early stages.

The main problem would be nutrition (9 times out of 10 is usually the case) think the burgers and fast food are not working or it's not real food and the nutrition facts are way off.

Have been eating fast food non-stop since mid November (10 months) but getting a rice cooker soon thanks to someone awesome pointing that out for rice & potatoes and can get those ready made meats you heat up or neutralize the odor of cooking meat with some hacks or tricks along with the protein shakes this should work.

Just really bad at sticking to one idea until someone comes along that makes a lot more sense with better ideas that are easier it's just how I'm wired can't help it
