Yes actually very good and been sticking with the diet minus several spoon fulls of peanut butter in-between.

Had a small workout and it went fine possibly will help with keeping the heart rate up. Just kept it very simple no more than 20-30lbs dumbbells. just a notch past warming up but feels like it's helping which is great.

Health wise getting my hours back up again so I can get everything basically the health insurance but honestly after that workout feeling tons better all around feeling very hopeful been almost 4 weeks.

For now just staying in shape is good enough to start with but staying hopeful. Have plenty of carbs with the rice and potatoes but the fluids are restricted at 48oz so not too much exertion for right now but staying hopeful touch and go.
